Review – Brazilian Remy Virgin (Body Wave 2) Select Length Color 1b $170 by Okeoma Okogbue
My long time companion and travel partner, Jake, and I had (both) decided we wanted nothing less than
the best (tropical) vacation we could afford this year. I know the economy is struggling; however, we thought we could serve it best by “opening up the purse strings a bit.”
Needless to say, travel brochures graced the end tables and nightstands of our tiny; otherwise, well-organized apartment. If you were going to say we lacked grounding, in any particular aspect: I suppose you could say it was the sizable amount of travel brochures and volumes of travel magazines we had managed to accumulate over the past two months.
I, imagine, by now, you are wondering what travel planning has to do with the fantastic Brazilian Remy Virgin (Body Wave 2) Select Length Color 1b Product (priced at $110) which I am reviewing (here). Actually, there is a great deal of tie-in to my and Jake’s vacation plans; and the Brazilian Remy Virgin (Body Wave) product.
First off, while apprising myself of all of these tropical vacation venues; I was (substantially) awed by the exotic; sandal clad people shown in many of the travel articles and brochures strolling on the pristine beaches. Further, within certain locales offering paradise, less was more in the way of attire. I mean specifically physical features such as hair and face, etc., etc., played a more important role from a fashion standpoint. This meant I needed to shed my pedestrian appearance (somewhat) and ready myself for the paradise that awaited me in the brochures.
“Look at these people!” I implored (Jake). “I need to do something!” “Oh, those are just shelf or stock photos,” my companion remarked. “I have seen plenty of persons, when visiting beaches, that could stand to lose ten/twenty pounds; and needed a comb run through their hair.”
My instinct told me not to believe his logic entirely: It sounded too “broad-brushed.” I truly believe an article when it says specific tropical venues entertained a certain appearance; and it was improbable (in my opinion) all of the photos (shown) were shelf-pictures.
I went to work scanning the Internet for hair integration products. Many of my friends had attained hair weaves; and I thought hair integration (for me) was the perfect solution to “spice things up a bit.” After reviewing many sites: I was fortunate enough to come across this site. I settled on the Brazilian Remy (Body Wave 2) Select Length Color 1b for several reasons: 1) The product was the color I wanted; 2) I read on the site I could color it and cut it–if I so wanted; 3) The price was encouraging at a very reasonable $170 price-point, for human-hair; and 4) They offered fast delivery–which is what I wanted.
The minute my Brazilian Remy Virgin (Body Wave 2) arrived, I tore open the package. There it was: in all its luster and glory. I subsequently called around town; and attained a very good bargain on a hair weave. I trotted off with my Remy hair purchase on the day of my (scheduled) Salon appointment to the beauty establishment which was going to become my saving grace in the transforming of my “Plain Jane” appearance.
Wow! What a difference a day makes. Once, leaving the Salon with my Remy Brazilian human-hair locks, I could not even give you a count now on the number of double-takes and head-turns I received for several successive blocks. In fact, I turned to check (myself) if anyone else was around: (just) to make certain it was me these passer-bys were truly sizing up: Sure enough, I was the only person within a quarter of a block. I was more than ready to take my tropical vacation to a “minimalist” best venue, where; in the way of fashion: physical appearance/attributes mattered most (of all).
If it were not for this site; and their fabulous product, I do not know where I would have “gathered” the courage to visit the tropical location/destination, I wished to visit (the most). Thanks so much, humanhairwefts.com. Thanks a million.
